This is our current project. We originally bought the house to flip. However, after much work on the house and property we fell in love with the property. In retrospect we have stated it might have been better to implode the house and start over. The house sits on 2.5 acres minutes from everything but tucked in another 5 acres which gives the illusion of very "country".
